Vanessa obtained an MA in Management & Economics from St.Andrews University in 2000 after which she joined KPMG in their Expat and High Net Worth tax department in London and obtained her ATT tax qualifications. She then moved to Watson Wyatt where she headed up the expat tax department and ran their expat programme and was involved in extensive employee benefit tax planning. In 2005 she joined Hudson Global Resources, a Nasdaq listed recruitment company, where she was head of compliance and part of the in-house legal team. Recently she has been working for a small local high net worth tax planning office with a variety of private and corporate tax clients and assists Simon in the day-to-day running of GAS, focusing on assisting the tax planning, accounting and auditing of numerous companies.
